Before you fill anything in, picture someone specific — someone in your own city, maybe someone you already know. They’ve worked hard. They dream of studying abroad. And right now, that dream is stuck — not because they’re not good enough, but because no one they trust has shown them a real, honest path to get there.
The Growth Fellowship exists to put people in that gap — paid, trained, and backed, not thrown in alone. Only about 1 in 1,000 Indians under 35 currently study abroad, and that gap is largest in exactly the cities — Coimbatore, Junagadh, and places like them — that this program is built to reach.
This application takes about 15 minutes. We’d rather you take your time and answer honestly than rush it — everything below is designed to help us place you where you’ll actually do well, not just to fill a seat.

Here's what we want you to know before you go any further:

Conversion to a full Channel Partnerships role, or a move to Counsellor or Processing, is a genuine possible outcome — but so is the program ending at month 6. We tell every fellow this upfront because we'd rather be honest now than have it feel like a surprise later.
We're building this cohort in cities that don't have much study-abroad presence yet. That's the whole point — but it means some of the groundwork you'd be doing is genuinely new territory, not a well-worn path.
