Agreement to terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the StudyAbroad Offers website and services (the "Platform"), operated by StudyAbroad Offers ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.

For students & professionals

• You must provide accurate information when registering interest via Match Me, booking Personal Counselling, or contacting us.
• StudyAbroad Offers is a marketplace and matching service — we are not the institution delivering any program, and we don't guarantee admission, visa approval, or program outcomes.
• Any agreement to enrol in a program is between you and the institution offering it. Review the institution's own terms before committing.
• Match alerts and browsing the marketplace are free. Personal Counselling sessions are paid services, priced as shown on the Personal Counselling page.

For institutions

• By submitting an offer for listing, you confirm you have the authority to represent the institution and that the information provided is accurate and current.
• You're responsible for keeping listing details (dates, pricing, availability) up to date. We may pause or remove listings that are inaccurate, expired, or misleading.
• Listing an offer does not guarantee any minimum number of enquiries, applications, or enrolments.
• Listing fees are as described on the For Institutions page and are billed according to the tier selected at signup.

Offers & accuracy

We work with institutions to keep listings accurate, but program details, pricing, and availability can change without notice on the institution's end. Always confirm final details directly with the institution before making decisions or payments.

Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Fees & payments

Fees for Personal Counselling sessions and institution listing tiers are shown on their respective pages and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Intellectual property

The Platform, including its design, branding ("Learnication™" and related marks), and content, is owned by StudyAbroad Offers and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Platform content without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StudyAbroad Offers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including decisions made based on listed offers, counselling advice, or third-party institution actions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any user or institution that violates these terms, provides false information, or misuses the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which StudyAbroad Offers is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [To be finalised with legal counsel based on the company's registered jurisdiction.]

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
