Medicine: Medical education in India has enabled both domestic as well as international students to acquire proficiency related to skill, knowledge, and attitude to graduate as a medical student. The number of medical colleges in India is growing by leaps Interestingly, the land of mystery and diversity produces more than 50,000 doctors a year, making India the largest creator of doctors across the globe.

Arts – there are about 2,000 international students pursuing Art courses in India and the number is likely to increase in the coming years. International students can choose from different levels (UG, PG, and Ph.D.) and subjects at Indian institutes.  For instance, IIT Delhi offers Ph.D. in seven fields, including Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Philosophy, Policy, Literature, and Linguistics. 

Nursing: Nursing is one of the key elements of the medical profession, which takes care of an individual’s well-being, both physically and psychologically. Interestingly, military nursing was the earliest type of nursing where sisters were sent to take care of injured soldiers during wars.  Today, India is the second-largest nurse-producing country after the USA as several top institutes have been imparting training on nursing.
